The Wisconsin Abstinence Coalition will create a receptive community attitude for an increase of abstinence until marriage curriculums. Community teenagers, with the guidance of concerned and knowledgeable parents, mentors and teachers, will make mature, responsible decisions that will ensure happy and healthy lives.
